Reviews and Ratings
When I arrived at the hotel, the hot rooms on the west side were a bit uncomfortable, but our spacious room with three beds accommodated all five of us just fine. The room felt a little small and had a lingering smell like an ashtray. The hotel's service was exceptional. The staff was not only friendly but also went out of their way to be helpful and share interesting information. The location was convenient, a mere 5-minute drive to downtown and on the way to Yellowstone. Despite some pricier options in Cody, this hotel offered good value. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited breakfast options served in a bag. On the bright side, the surroundings were beautiful when outside. The hotel's facilities were basic yet functional.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean with friendly staff at a wonderful location, although it became warm before the air conditioning came on. The service was excellent in helping us get around and informing us of local activities, but at times seemed busy with some facility issues that were being addressed by the manager. The location was nice, just a little out of town but within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The dining experience lacked variety and good options at times but included homemade pastries.
I had a pleasant stay at the Kings Inn Cody. The rooms were very clean and neat, although a bit small. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute drive to downtown and on the way to Yellowstone. The dining options were good, especially with the choice of eggs, sausage, or waffles. A comfortable stop for a family road trip.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, although needing some updating, were clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for driving to Yellowstone National Park, but the rooms can get hot in the afternoon due to their position on the west side. The room size was bigger than expected, offering two queen-sized beds and a seating area. The service was a pleasant surprise, with very helpful and professional staff. The hotel is just outside Yellowstone National Park, making it a great base for exploring the area. The dining experience was just ok; however, the continental breakfast was good. The pool area had way too much chlorine but was clean and well-maintained. Two highlights were the housekeeping and laundry services, providing a terrific experience overall.
The hotel had comfortable and well-equipped rooms with the convenience of a microwave, although the initial smell was off-putting. The service was lacking attention to detail and required temperature checks, but the housekeeping was decent. The location rewarded with a lovely drive to Yellowstone but had unsettling decor. The dining was average, with slow restocking and limited choices. The facilities were satisfactory.
